Our actual client was confused about this mysterious claim to his loaner car. That is the reason we reached out to you before filing a claim on our clients policy. If you had any proof that this damage happen while our client was driving it we would have let our client know that he is responsible and filed a claim. This service that we provide to our clients is not something honest hard-working people should run from but run to. We work this hard for all our clients. "
